Shipping & Returns

All movies and music in DVDs, VCDs & Downloadable format sold on return Afrikkreations.com are 100% Original Multi-Region compatible. Our Administration is based in Ashford, Kent, UK and our distribution warehouse is based in the UK and Lagos, Nigeria. All DVDs or VCDs are sent by express Royal Mail post from our office with exception unless otherwise stated.

All goods remain the property of Afrikkreations.com until paid for in full. Items will not be dispatched until full cleared payment has been received.


 If a product is received faulty it may be returned with in 7 days of purchase to our contact address for testing. A return DVD or VCD must be in original condition to qualify. If there are any scratches on the disk or sign of the product abuse or poor care a refund will be refused. If found to be faulty a replacement will or full refund will be offered Afrikkreations.com’s discretion.

If a customer wished to return an item, no longer wanted this must be done within 7 days of purchase. The DVD, VCD or Audio CD must still be in its original factory seal packaging to qualify. No exceptions

The buy assumes all risk and responsibility to ensure a DVD, VCD or Audio CD is returned to our contact address…
